I think they are trying to “look closed” lights off in dining room- 8PM, the order menu through drive through is dark. Get to the window, I asked employee the total, said thank you and he closed the window without saying anything, lol. What a bummer, if I was franchise owner- I would be trying to fix this asap. I am writing this review based off service and experience, not the food. I think the manager/GM here needs to “energize” the team.

I had the worst experiences at this place! They charged me $4.73 for a small frosty and the second time that I bought there the fries were reheated in oil and the grilled chicken it wasn’t fresh!
