Absolutely rude blonde girl in drive thru on 7:17. Was cussing at her manager, cussing at me, I asked for a reg baconator and was given a jr bacon. Argued with me, then opened the burger with her bare hands and then shoved into a bag and into my car. Will never come back
Wendy's anymore is just costly low-quality food. The frosty is still fantastic, but that's about it for me! We need to train people on how to have an employee to customer engagement. Folks in customer service these days can't even spell customer service--it's madness! Do better, Wendy's, do much better!
i came during around 2:30 and had a great experience with a young man with brown hair, and a young lady with blonde hair. Food was fresh. Great service definitely better than any other Wendy’s I’ve ever been to just visiting from out of state great place to stop on the way back home.
