You would think on a Saturday they would have more staff to help the drive-through, and you would think that the mobile order people would not have to wait as long as the people that I’ve been sitting in line placing orders. But I guess people that plan ahead have to pay the price of waiting.
I've been ordering from this place on Doordash forever. For the first time, we went through the drive true. The young guy there was visibly annoyed by my questions, never had eye contact with me, when I picked up the food (order for 3) checked the bag and there was no sauce, I asked the other young guy by the pick up area, he rolled his eyes and asked me to park to bring the sauce, he brings TWO, my husband stopped me from asking for more. Got home 4 minutes later and the food was awful, cold, looks old and refried, the mac and cheese cup was not even full. Sorry Chick-fil-A, you lost 3 regulars a couple times a week
I think it should be mandatory that all government employees work for Chick-fil-A prior to working at the DMV. Because damn! They are fast, organized, and polite. Wouldn't that be awesome?
