What new better fries??! I think they fries are worst now then they were before. They're NEVER fresh. I know they have a fry guarantee...but who wants to go in and complain each and everytime you go there! The burgers are still decent. That's the reason we still go there seldomly. You have to go early to fast food places to get better food prep and quality after 4 pm you have the closing crew who doesn't care...

6/27/22 4:15pm Hands down the worst customer service out of any fast food place I've ever been to. If you go in you get ignored till you say something and if you go through the drive thru, you get a " you gonna order?" Once you do order you get hit with a "Pull Up." Then get the wrong order.

Horrible customer service at the drive through windows 1&2. I said hello how are you to the first young lady and she just looked at me. I said hello how are you again then she finally gave me a dry response. When I got to window 2 the lady handed me a plain sprite. I told her I ordered a grape sprite. She tried to tell me that they don't have grape sprite and that I didn't order a grape sprite when I specifically did. Finally, another lady (who was very kind) stepped up and got me a grape sprite. Please train your staff to have better customer service skills. The behavior was highly unacceptable.
