Placed and online order for walk in just show up and then be closed inside and to be told to wait in line which is the whole reason I did walk in because I would not have time on my lunch to sit in line. Extremely unprofessional.
(Edit: changing to 1 star because i just tried to call and they hung up on me. Really great customer service)Idk how difficult it is to make coffee. I asked for cream and sugar and usually that means 5 cream and 5 sugar. Not 1. Also all the caramel was on the bottom of the cup. It's not hard to make coffee.
Tried the best they could but you can tell when it's a new staff in training. We weren't in a hurry so didn't mind the wait
