Wendy's

Bad customer service, rude store manager. My order was screwed up big time. I ordered a burger with NO MAYO and they put extra on it the burger was uneatable had to throw it out they didn't send my drink the fries were cold like they had been in the fridge. I called the store the person answered was rude and NO help at all. Told me next time get up and come to the restaurant myself. I called the 888 number and got no one, I sent an email and still no reply that was 2 weeks ago. I'll never use the Wendy's app again and I'll never visit this restaurant again. My advice find another location or better yet go to McDonalds. I got a reply from customer service they gave me a $3 credit I'd rather go to Sonic. GOOBY WENDY'S

I don't eat at Wendy's often but yesterday, I was in the area and decided to stop at this particular location for a bite to eat. It was my first time eating from this location. I did not go inside. Instead I drove through the drive through. I kind of regret stopping at this Wendy's because the young people (yes, they were young - one girl and one guy) working the drive through were ... odd individuals. I don't want to say they were rude or disrespectful, but I do, however, feel they were ignorant. I drove up speaking into the intercom and gave my order. Afterwards, I said "thank you", there was no response. Didn't think anything of it. I pulled up to the window to pay. I said "hello" and gave the young lady my card. She didn't acknowledge. She looked me dead into my eyes and totally ignored me. No problem. I proceeded to the next window to get my food. When I got my food from the young man, I said thank you and he said, "uh huh". 8/22/22 3:00PM Wendy's on Harlem and Madison in Oak Park DON'T EAT AT THIS LOCATION... I went in to use the restroom before I ordered. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. The women's restroom is so dirty I didn't even use it. I asked to use the men's restroom instead it was a bit cleaner but I didn't use it either. The sink was so dirty in the men's restroom it looked like it ain't been cleaned in weeks. I placed an order then asked to speak to the manager to bring it to his attention. Then I noticed the front counter how dirty it was and the restaurant wasn't even busy inside. I cancelled my order and asked for my money back. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like ????????
