What a mess. The entire experience is incredibly lacking. Five minutes standing there with no one taking orders and only 2 other customers in the restaurant. The bathroom was disgusting as well. I would be more understanding if it were busy but this left a lot to be desired. I have to wonder where the manager was the entire time. The food was terrible, the hamburger bun was cold, the meat was warm at best and the cheese didn't even melt. The fries were cold, stale and some burnt.

Food and service were great. Don't use the bathroom if you're a guy. The urinal is so low to the floor that there was pee all over the floor from everyone. It was pretty gross. I was gonna tell the manager but I was in a hurry.
