This is one of the most professional Wendys I've ever been too the best customer service I've ever gotten this is a top notch branch and the food was even made fresh ,talk about employees that really care
The loud speakers were not working correctly so we had a difficult time ordering and the workers were extremely rude for an issue on their end. The workers yelled at us over the speaker and were extremely rude at the window and proceeded to make fun of us.
Had an issue with a manager not making my food fresh. But I complained to upper management and got it resolved right away. Best service and food I've had at wendys thanks to the stores GM Angie. Thanks so much for handling the issue promptly and I will definitely be back.
