This restaurant is amazing!! Best customer service I've received in a long time. I wish I could give the owner a hug. I placed an order at pizza hut for my son's birthday party, 2 days ahead of time, and they canceled my order the day of. I didn't find out it was canceled until 10 min after the scheduled delivery time. Apparently they were too busy to make the order... I panicked! I had 10 hungry people to feed! And then I ordered at Rosati's. This place is the real deal. Excellent customer service. Not only were they able to accommodate my order on short notice, but they sent plates, napkins, and spatulas along as well. And the pizzas... OMG! They are delicious and soooo big! This place saved my son's birthday party! Thank you so very much. I'm a Rosati's customer for life.

We have been ordering pizza from Rosati's in New Berlin for work luncheons. We have never been disappointed. The food always arrives well packaged, hot and very tasty. This passed Friday I decided that I didn't want to make supper so I ordered Chicken Alfredo. I can honestly say that it was without a doubt the best I have ever tasted. Serving size very generous as with everything else we order. Service is has always been pleasant and on time!!
