Food is cold… I waited a while for it soo I don’t understand why my food is cold..it’s always something when I come here and today was definitely my last time going.
Let's face it... It's Wendy's, but there is something to be said when you pull up to order drive-thru and they tell you all the have is nug gets and fries because they are short staffed. What that means is you no one to work the grill or make a sandwich. Why are you even open? That's next-level incompetence from the management and/owners that are either unable to train a reliable staff, or just paying them so little that they don't care enough to come in to work. If you are a burger joint and can't serve burgers, what's the point?
This place is sooo slack! The make me late and leave me hungry. It’s unfortunate it’s the most “convenient” fast food near me. There is always something wrong. This morning I waited and waited at the menu and finally pulled up to the window (which was opened) and nobody ever came. We call out , honked… nothing.
