We ordered food from the mobile app and picked it up no problem but then we showed the tag for the free frosty the tag was for 2023. The person at the window said we had to do it through the mobile app but there is no way to do that and the tag literally says to just show it with any order. The person seemed to just not know the policies or very uninterested because we have redeemed the free frosty here many times before with no problems it this same location. Make sure your employees know your deals and specials because that was just dumb they gave us no explanation how to "put it in the mobile app" and just stopped talking to us so we had to pull off. Real darn silly gooses you guys are hiring hih?
Always fast service at this location. Orders are given with the correct food items when collecting it at drive thru window.
Ordered ghost pepper fries with my large meal and got a little dish with a couple fries no sauce I wouldn't have ordered GHOST PEPPER FRIES WITH NO SAUSE horrible service unless u want your order messed up will never get a meal from this Wendy's
