I had a terrible experience here. The staff was rude and unfamiliar with their own menu. I inquired about a menu item I saw online, was told I could order it, and then was told the item didn't exist after I inquired as to why my order was incorrect. While all of that was fine, the employee had a terrible attitude for no reason. I ended up canceling my order but was charged anyway. While I was able to dispute the charge with my bank, I shouldn't have had to. I get that good employees are scarce at this time but having experiences like this only drives customers away.

Young lady taking orders and payment was the most pleasant person you can have doing tgat job definitely made my family's day with her cheerful attitude thank you

Just can not get it right. I'm done. Not going back. I thought I'd give them another chance since I do love KFC chicken. Over an hour before closing and they are "out of chicken"!!! How does a place that serves exclusively chicken not have any chicken? That's absolutely ridiculous! I have visited 3 times now and never left with food. What a waste. Save your time and go to Popeyes this place is useless.
