Clean restaurant with a nice staff. Order was correct and made pretty quick even though it's for a family of 7. Will visit again

Not a great experience. After ordering, we waited a solid 10 minutes for food. I assumed it was because I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich (I understand they take a bit to cook)... but the sandwich was tough and not hot/fresh. I had also asked for no lettuce/tomato and it was packed with it. The fries weren't hot/fresh either. I was given the wrong drink and no straw. The kid at the window had no customer service skills. He wasn't rude, but he wasn't friendly or attentive either. He rolled his eyes when I asked for a Boo Book. They didn't give me a receipt so I can't reach out to corporate, so here we are.

So this is your premium chicken sandwich? Where's the chicken? It literally has more breading than meat. And I literally threw it out the window because it was so disgusting. Maybe the vultures or raccoons will eat it... This isn't fit for human consumption, and they must know it because this is the 1st review that I haven't been able to leave a photo of what I just threw my hard earned money away on. Keep serving this garbage and it won't be long before you'll be forced to close your doors forever. Update: When I asked to be contacted, while taking the online survey... Well, it's been several days now and I've heard nothing. Another proof positive sign that Wendy's knows that they're serving garbage to us! It won't be long now ????
