Wendy's

Nothing memorable about it. Didn't have Cherry Coke in their fancy all flavors machine? One fry was hot, one fry much older? No energy or hospitality? Place was clean. Condiment bar looked sparse...why even have it?

Worst Wendy’s experience I have ever had. The drive thru took over 30 minutes. Would have left but ordered on the app and had hungry kids. The drive thru worker told us the customer in front of us “if your going to complain, you can go to McDonald’s”. Then mentioned she was about to walk out. All over the drive thru. Food was fine but terrible customer service.

So the store is so dirty, the food is cold and not fresh at all, it's out of the way, there's endless dirt behind the counter. The lady has placed her purse on the counter next to the groceries. I am shocked. I work at McDonalds in Germany as a shift manager. I have 4 people on my shift with a theme park around the corner where I can definitely make a turnover of 2000 euros in an hour. My store is clean, my employees are motivated. In this lady's shift there are 8 people and nobody manages to complete an order properly. 20 minutes in a fast food chain is very shameful. According to OEPE, people wait more than 30 minutes in the drive, how can that be???
