Wendy's

The location has become awful. It has gone from simply messing up orders to the latest incident where I put in online order and when my wife arrived to pick it up, they informed her they weren’t cooking anymore food because they didn’t have enough people. No apologies, no solutions, just told her to go online and cancel the order. When she told me about this, I tried to cancel but the link on the confirmation page didn’t do anything (ordered as a guest account). I called the store to find out what I should do and I was told, quite rudely, to “go cancel the order through UberEats or whatever you used”. As I started tryng to explain that I used the actual Wendy’s page, she interrupted me again telling me to just go cancel it. When I finally got her to pause for long enough to listen, I explained that the cancel option wasn’t working to which she said to just wait a day and the charge shouldn’t go through (imagine it being said with a snotty, you are wasting my time, attitude). This Wendy's is not consistent at all. Fries were overcooked and tasted like a whole bucket of salt was put on them. The sweet tea barely deserved the name "Sweet" tea. Not to mention the worse of it all, my Classic Chicken Sandwich! I don't know what this is on the bottom of my bun but it is quite disturbing. I have trypophobia. To know that they knew what they were serving really blows my mind and grinds my gears. Somebody get corporate on the line.

The worse location in cobb by far. Often closes hours before closing time with no explanation. They pick and choose hours on a day by day basis. Management is a joke and the crew consist of mostly rude middle age adults who seem to loath their job. You can taste the hatred in the fries.
