Ruby Tuesday

Service was good, food not so much. The quesadilla was burnt and my kid wouldn't eat it. I got the meaty pasta bowl and it pretty much left everything to be desired. The meatballs were obviously frozen, Grey, flavorless, burnt and hard to chew. The sausage was nothing more fancy than what you can get at Kroger. This place was NOT busy. At least the beer was cold.

Terrible experience from the drinks to the food that came out almost cold. Drink that you paid for top shelf nothing but sour. I use to love going here but, the quality of service, food and drinks is not good at all. I must say that the salad bar was great as usual.

There was no one in charge. The cook as understood couldn’t leave he has to make the food. The bartender couldn’t leave because she had people waiting on her and all that is perfectly understandable as they were doing their jobs, but this one guy came and helped us and he was doing a little bit of everything. My point is there was no management. A manager isn’t just suppose to sit in an office all day, come out of your cave and help your workers with the costumers. Needs new management scratch that needs new leaders.
