Wendy's

This particular time I stopped by Wendy’s was because of a mishap on their part. I had an uncooked burger so the nice lady manager by the name of Latricia told me to come back and get my meal on them (Wendy’s). Well when I came back Miss Latricia was out sick so I spoke with another manager by the name of Moana and she was very rude to me. I asked her about getting a drink that if I had to, I would’ve paid extra for and she told me I couldn’t get it and said that she could make me wait until the other manager (who was out sick) got back. The sweet young lady by the name of Kenyatta was very helpful and kind. She made my drink for me and told me not to worry about it. That’s the type of courteous I was looking for especially since I was inconvenienced the first time I came.

This Wendy's suck. I ordered my meal,sat down to eat and realized my burger was made wrong. I take it back up there to get remade and they make it wrong an additional 3 times. At that point I just asked for my money back. This isn't the 1st time this has happened and now I'm making it the last. Will not return.

Food is always prepared fresh and is hot. Sometimes it's a wait but always well worth it. The young people that work in there are always polite. The beans in the chili can sometimes be a little undercooked, but other than that, I have no complaints. Burgers are always well prepared and juicy????bacon is always fully cooked. Best Wendy's in town.
