I LOVE Chick fil A and this is the best location I've ever patronized. It is right downtown, but they have engineered the lot so that the line never stall and it doesn't impede traffic in the congested area of Broadway. Chick fil A does it right. As always. I stopped at this location on my way to work before 2pm on a Friday. I remembered it was still very new so I was a little nervous about how the wait time would be as someone who has opened new restaurants. I was very impressed! Got through about as quickly as other locations and my order was correct. Also the girl who took my order looks like the new Little Mermaid and she was so sweet! I'll be back for sure!
Please allow customers to look at menu wnen pulling up to drive thru. I always feel cheated when I drive away bc I then see other options that I could've chosen rather than gettn same thing over and over again bc its memorized in my headal.... its annoying.
