I came through the drive thru and I got an entire drink spilt on me without any warning of the lid not being closed right until after it was already spilt and they didn’t even try to offer me any help. I had to ask for a new drink myself because it was all spilt on me and my car. I wasn’t offered another drink, napkins, and didn’t even say sorry. They forgot my ghost pepper ranch. They lacked a ton in customer service, coming from someone who’s a manager in fast food I'm very upset and dissatisfied.

Ordered the honey butter chicken biscuit. Can I say nothing like the advertised pic. Chicken looked overcooked and resembled a pressed piece of chicken. It was so so. Not great. Food was served hot.. Customer service was good.

They lack attention to detail, the manager herself handed me my drink with strawberry soda all over the outside of the cup. Told me to "pull up until the fries are done" them forgot about me. I had to go back to the window after a ridiculous wait to get my food, which by then, ironically the fries were not fresh anymore.
