The night shift is atrocious. I went in there to get a question answered and possibly order some food. I was told "hello" then ignored the rest of the time. I had to try and figure out the answer on my own when 2 to 3 employees all said hello then ignored me and focused solely on the drive through. After trying to get the answer on my own 2x and not being able too, I left. The night shift needs to either be replaced entirely or have their hours cut until they learn to do their job correctly.
My food was not cooked properly. I love Taco Bell, but I also need fresh taco shells, NOT STALE & OLD. I shouldn't have to warm the food myself. The food was way below appropriate serving temperature. DISGRACE TO THE COMPANY!!!
I normally come here all the time and get great service but I give one star because I pulled a huge plastic piece that was in one of my burritos, was disgusted afterwards so I didn’t eat.
