Disappointing service I believe the staff needs better training.The lobby was dirty, and bathroom was somewhat decent.One of the soda machine was out of order.With all the talking and standing around the staff was doing you would think the store would be in tip top shape.
Normally this Wendy's has it together. Today very poor. Stood at counter 10 mins before someone came to take my order. Drink machine was empty and could not offer any major brand of drinks. Food was ok.
I asked for a Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich. Instead I got a chicken Sandwich with Mayo, lettuce, and tomatoes. I don’t understand how can you mess this up when there wasn’t even anyone in the drive thru.
