Poor customer service. I went to grab something quick, ordered a strawberry/chocolate Frosty and waited forever in line. When I got to the window, I had become even more hungry and asked could I add a large fries to my order. The window attendant said No. I honestly was taken back by her response, so I just turned my music up a little and waited for her to come with my frosty "and fries". I was rather polite to say the least. She handed me the frosty with the lid already barely sitting on top over-filled and leaking down the sides. It made a mess and when I asked about the fries, she again said No. I asked was she serious and she started complaining about the line of cars. At this point, I already waited 25-30 minutes and was irritated. She kept complaining and I noticed the manager right next to her, not say anything. I said fine and drove off but this was horrible customer service over a large fry and I surely won't be back.

The service at this location is usually pretty average, not great but nothing worth complaining about. Tonight the staff let a line of cars wait for 20+ minutes only to tell us all they weren't taking anymore orders. I got in line at 10:30 and got to the speaker at 10:55. They close at midnight.
