This location is very helpful. The employee called "Mama" made my son's birthday very special. "Mama" was empathetic, shared joy towards us and had the entire team sing 'Happy Birthday' to him. I've visited frequently, the food is great quality, affordable and delicious. No long lines or disrespectful staff. Employees welcome you with a smile and cater to customer service. I had gluten friendly pancakes which I topped a little less gluten friendly... they were awesome. They looked different but the taste was amazing. My boys enjoyed blueberry French toast and pancakes ... I mean no complaints. This restaurant is a bit small so there was a wait but the food was worth a bit of a wait. ☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️ Dietary restrictions: Gluten friendly menu however if u have a dietary restrictions due a condition like celiac disease...IHOP website states because it prepared in kitchen with items that contain gluten it can't guarantee no gluten exposure. Went on a Sunday afternoon and the place was pretty much empty which i liked. I had a burger and milkshake. The burger was okay and the milkshake was pretty good. The waitresses were friendly and nice. Parking: On a busy day it might be difficult to find parking
