They deserve 0 stars. Absolutely terrible place. Two drive through lanes and one is closed at all times. You will wait here for a very long time every time. Average wait 30 minutes even with just 3 cars ahead of you. The last straw for me was when there were 8 cars in the drive through it took 45 minutes to get to the board to order and then another 15 minutes to get your food. Rude staff no apology for the long wait they don't care then you still end up with terrible food. I'm done with them.
Ordered a biggie bag for delivery (double stack, fries, chicken nuggets, frosty). Received....a salad! Tried to call, no answer. Drove down, then they tried to give me my order that had been sitting on their shelf for at least 30 minutes! Finally got a fresh order. Of course they said they couldn't refund the delivery fee. Terrible, terrible place.
The drive thru was not moving at all so I went inside. As usual no one at the register. Order took too long because the girl there is very "open" apparently with the guys there doin had to hear that. Order was missing my dipping sauces
