Wendy's

They seem to have a problem getting orders correctly. ordered 2 large chilli, gave me 2 small. 1 with out onion, no onion on both. Ordered a plane hamburger got a plane cheeseburger. My wife doesn't like cheese won't eat it. Got tired of calling they don't answer. I have had issues with them in the past. I need to find some where else that sells chilli

Ordered 6 meals and spent over $50 and they forgot the 2 small fries for the biggie bags and the hamburger from another meal. They have yet to give us a receipt when ordering here. It really is hit or miss for us to receive a completely accurate order.

I really hate to complain like really I’m the type to just eat my wrong order just so I don’t have to go back, and I’ve never even written a review before but I really felt this was necessary. This is the absolute worst Wendy’s location I’ve ever been to and I’ve been around lived near it for 2 years and I can confidently say I’ve never once been satisfied with this Wendy’s. They get your order wrong everytime, service is horrible and it’s like they forget how to make sandwiches because everytime I get the same thing, it always comes out different. Wendy’s if your reading take it from me a valued customer of yours. Get rid of management at this location maybe even the whole staff and rehire and train new employees this location desperately needs it.
