Absolutely disgusted!!!!!! They truthfully don't even deserve the 1 star. I'm sick my stomach. Took a spoonful of my chili only to bite into spoiled, sour, undercooked burger meat! Highly disappointed! Less not mention the fact that I poured it all over my baked potato before even tasting it! I'm never going back for anything at the Fairburn Rd Douglasville location. Also the number that they have listed...no one is answering which is very inconvenient.
My order was wrong. I was given another order, then ask to wait while mine was prepared. My drive home takes 3 minutes and when I opened the bag, no heat was detected. Both burgers and both fries, were room temp at best. Food : 2/5 | Service : 2/5 … More
1st they are so rude! I waited 15 minutes for a well done burger and it was still COLD -the fact I haven't ate all day 2nd I went back into drive thru all they kept asking me to do is move up because they are on a timer ? I asked for well done the 1st time so I politely decline and they still gave me cold burgers so thank u Wendy's next time I'll go to McDonald's where my order will be right the 1st time
