I feel bad for the staff here because their manager is incompetent so she's training them to be the same way. Won't be returning here.

Chicken was super large on samwich. But mayo was tasteless generic. Id like to see a little more correct order process for window orders. Seems to have big a mix up of incoming orders holding up lines

UPDATE 7/20/22 Amik the manager has reached out to correct the issue and was very kind and sincere. The problem was resolved quickly. Good job on legit customer service!! Original post: i was so excited to see the pretty ice cream cupcakes for my daughter as she’s been sick. I got 2 of them. When we started to eat them it was as if someone had just poured plain milk on top of the chocolate and let it freeze before topping with the icing. There were ice crystals all thru and it was like scraping ice, not creamy ice cream. I’ve never had this issue in the past. Neither of us even could eat them. I should’ve gotten us each a medium blizzard for about the same price. But thought these special cupcakes would be enjoyable. I was wrong! So very disappointed in this especially for the costs and hopes we had of a nice DQ treat.
