Slow service. I heard one worker say multiple times they didn't know how to do what they were being asked to do. Coke freestyle machine was mostly empty, and everything was flat. Our food was made incorrectly, but it wasn't worth the hassle asking for it to be fixed. No condiments/napkins available, so we had to ask and wait for them, and were handed gross, dirty ketchup packets that were stuck together. Bathrooms were really dirty, and the lock on the men's room door didn't work.

The very worst place to go, extremely unsafe!!!!! I give a minus 5 star rating!!!. Their attitude towards customer's well-being and safety is another minus 5. They do not care for the customers and I will not recommend them to anyone!. I just lost my meal to an intimidating homeless man hanging around the premises, when I complained, they say that it's not their problem???. Naaaa, it's your business to keep hudlums out and make your customers safe

They need to be call slow food and not fast food. Taste of food was good this time, but there were no condiments in the bag. I asked for ketchup, employee said someone inwas going to the back to get it. They are usually out of something when I go or my order is wrong. Just want that location to do better.
