Red Lobster

I visited earlier this week and unfortunately did not have a good experience. I used the app to get on the wait list but the host didn't know how to access the information and had to re-add me to the waiting list when I arrived. We visited at 11:30 am. The app advised of a 5 minute wait but upon arrival,, I was told that there was only a single server which required a 20 minute wait for my party of 2. I had lunch with my little one to celebratemy birthday. I ordered the Sailors platter and he ordered the kids chicken fingers. Or drink order was taken right away and biscuits brought to the table but our order took quite a while. I asked for extra fried shrimp instead of scampi. When my order came, it had a few small pieces of fish with popcorn shrimp only. The order issue was not corrected. My 7 year old only received 2 small chicken fingers with his order which is less than usual. As our orders were delayed in the first place, we chose to consume the food as is. This was ou

Food was great! The price was also great for the portion size. Scallops and shrimp were delicious.
