Wendy's

Clerk took my card, didn’t say a word to me when I said hello. Handed card back to me , I said thank you, no response. Bag came to me overstuffed, should have used a larger bag. I drove to the large parking lot behind Wendy’s and realized that my spoon, napkins, and straw all at the bottom with the fries completely out of the container. Needless to say the napkins are wasted from greasy fries. Food was fresh. My guess is the napkins and other utensils were placed in bag while waiting for food to be made to be more efficient, though, it comes at a cost of a customer needing more napkins because the ones at the bottom are gross now. I get that people have bad days and is exhausting having to greet new customers every twenty seconds. I don’t think that she was having too terrible of a day because after payment, she was laughing and carrying on a meaningful conversation with her peers. It just made me as a customer feel unwelcome when she could simply say hello. Not asking for a full dialo

Not sure I'll mention anything that hasn't been mentioned in previous reviews, but how hard is this job? It's not like a botched heart transplant, right? Went through the drive thru there was one car ahead of me. I placed my order for 3 items, nothing special... menu items as they came. The girl who took my order never repeated it back to me, never gave me a total... just told me to "pull forward"... got the the window where she kept telling me to back up because her "sensor wasn't working" to a point where my window was no longer even close to the pick up window... Paid for my order, no receipt given, no "thank yous"... just handed me a bag that ultimately was short 1 of the items..(shame on me for not looking before I pulled away). before I got home I continually tried calling to let them know the item was forgotten and nobody would pick up the phone... less than 10 minutes away- Cold food. Maybe I'll just do a credit card chargeback since I can't seem to speak to a human...

I did a mobile order, went to pick it up and it was incorrect. Ask them to correct the issue they had added bacon to a sandwich that does not call for it, employee stated there was nothing that we can do for you and that you should have made sure your order was correct. I then produced the receipt stating that indeed the order was correct and that their mistake was on their end. Luckily a level-headed calm employee stepped in and made sure that we got the correct sandwich and apologized for the demeanor of the other employee overall a solid experience with a few hiccups.
