This location is going downhill. I come here all the time and the employees constantly skimp on food and give the most disrespectful attitudes. The girl with blonde hair is one of them.
This place is insane. Go to any other chipotle, and save your time. They are always out of stuff , they have an attitude, and oh! They close at 11:00 but shut and lock doors at 10:30. This is supposed to be a business. Whoever worked 09/15/23, closing shift? Terrible employees
Waited an hour for a pickup order that I had already placed on the app. They were understaffed and busy, which is understandable, but for some reason, they thought it was a smart idea to only help walk-ins and completely ignore pickups. Over an hour passes before I get my order and of course I get home to find the wrong order. Will not be stepping foot in this Chipotle ever again.
