Hard no, never again. Drive thru extremely slow and disorganized. The order taker was new, but doesn't mean you can be rude. Messed up my order and gave me the car that drove offs order. When I tried to advise this I was given attitude. Had to wait extra time for my drink because it was forgotten. Save time and money and go somewhere else.
Very rude. I always wait more than 10 minutes for my order. They would not let me pick up a door dash order from the drive thru. I always end up waiting in the lobby for it. They claimed I had to go inside lol. Since when? I’ve gone through the drive thru plenty of times and never had an issue. Poor management. Naomi the manager there insisted on me going inside. Extremely petty. Get it together Wendy’s. Be more like McDonalds and Chik fil a. Ive never have an issue at either. I would give zero stars if so could.
