McAlister's Deli

Ordered and paid online. Store pretended that they never received the order, then when I showed them my receipt they told me it would be over an hour wait to make a simple Caesar Wrap even though my receipt said that it would be ready. Then when I asked for a refund they refused to issue it in store. Manager was rude and not attentive throughout the process. Also, their store number does not work as none of the employees want to pick up so I could not call beforehand to confirm my order was ready. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Today was our first visit since McAllister's Deli opened and my wife and I were so happy and pleased with ABSOLUTELY everything, including the cheese cake. My wife ordered the Chicken Avocado sandwich, EXCELLENT!!! I ordered the Italian sandwich, EXCELLENT!!! The atmosphere, the staff, the eating areas and tables were all Excellent! To everyone at McAllister's on FM78, We were extremely Pleased with our first visit, Thank you to each of you! We will see you again Soon! Arthur W Sarkis

Bonuses: Quick friendly, informed, and warm welcome. Great suggestive selling. Very fast and Great portion sized sandwich. (I'm very full now). Decent presentation, beautiful restaurant inside. Cons: Staff was more focused with socializing with other staff with dirty tables out front. Macaroni and cheese was past its hold time for it looked old and tasted old as well. All in all. I'd come back if in the area. And was in a pinch for some bang for buck. I advise on checking your food and tasting it before the cashier walks away. I recommend the New Yorker.
