I am so upset with this location I had to wait 4 days to make my comments respectively. I had to go through the drive thru 3 times and my order was never fresh or made right. Wendy's is the only fast food I'll eat. I will not get Wendy's from this location ever again
Just got home from this location and they messed up our order twice. We ordered a water and a classic chicken sandwich and they gave us a crispy chicken sandwich and a sprite. They had us pull up past the window when there was nobody behind us and we sat there waiting for our food for about 20 minutes just for them to hand us the wrong thing.
I wanted just a cup of ice, she was trying to give me a bottle of water with my sandwich.. The person taking care of the food delivery at the drive up window did not speak English. Smh.. she didn't know what I wanted, the person taking the money had to come over and get me my ice..
