They are soooooo slow. I'm not sure what was taking so long to get 2 meals. I just don't understand why people stay in line waiting for food for so long. I thought McDonald's was slow and this steak n shake location takes the #1 spot for slowness. I will not be back until they figure out how to move faster. I don't care if the food is good, the service is super stupid slow.
For Delivery Drivers: I tried going in, but they’re locked. Although a sign says for us to go in. After trying to get their attention they just signaled me to drive through, not knowing I’m here to pickup. I told the customer and they ultimately decided to cancel the order. Which sucked. I sat for 10 minutes, yet no one decided to think, “Maybe he’s here for a pickup order.”
Need I say more. You can’t go wrong with a burger and fries from here. Food was hot and fresh and was ready fairly fast. Prices are very reasonable here.
