This location is very busy however they maintained great cleanliness. Food was served quickly and hot. The french fries are amazing!! The staff is very friendly. This is a great Wendy's location
I don't know the Latino 3rd shift managers name but he needs to be let go. I'm a delivery driver for Uber and I accepted a order for $24.80 around 1:50 am and I was 4 mins away. So I called the restaurant and he answered. So I told what was going on and he said if you don't get here in 2 mins then we're gonna be closed. So I get there at 1:58. Get to the speaker and no one answers, so I call and he answered with a very condescendingly tone and says were closed you just came to late and there's nothing we can do about it. So I saw I told him hoping he would have a heart that this was a $24 order he snickered and said were closed and there's nothing we can do so I hang up. I drove around and he sticks his whole head out the window and yells "no tip for you tonight" "no tip for you" and he flicks me off. I left and didn't say anything back. This was very rude, hateful, and unprofessional.
I went thru the drive thru at this location and ordered a number 1 combo and a salad. The male person taking the order was rude. The female filling the order with Burgundy bad looking faux locs' tried to steal the fries that go with the combo meal. When I asked for my fries, she lied and said I didn't order them, when I tried to explain I wanted the fries to go with my meal. When I asked for my fries that I paid for with the meal she cursed at me, calling me the "B" word and use the "F" and acted very belligerent in the drive-thru, with me a paying customer. A manager or someone had to come from the back and pull my order before they gave me fries. This wasted my time and I know what I ordered. They gave me the lemon aid and the sandwich of the combo but not the fries. Why is this fast food worker stealing food from people in the drive thru and allowed to disrespect the customer once you make her aware of her plan mistake.
