I love Wendy's and don't recall ever receiving bad service until this particular time. I was patient with the semi slow service but the cashier was the worst I've seen. She wasn't friendly and when I thanked her for my food her only response was closing the window on me. The food wasn't at it's best but considering the service I'm not surprised.
They were very courteous and fast with our order and my little boy fell in love with their habanero ranch dip. My wife and I were informed over and over about this amazing new dip he discovered for the next 30 minutes and still brings it up occasionally back at home.
Waited 30 min in drive thru before they took my order and it wasn’t even busy just me and another car waited all that time just to get cold and terrible looking nuggets and when I called the location to tell them about the incident they said I had to have a receipt but the people working night shift never gave me a receipt but I have proof from bank statement records and kept the food to show them
