Simple enough order. Two doubles, no ketchup, one with no pickles. Apparently, they were upset by this? Both had ketchup. One had no pickles, and the one for the person who likes pickles? One pickle slice. Both had been so badly wrapped they weren't in the wrappers when we opened the bag. Both had slid apart, and one seems to have been intentionally smashed on a counter edge. Never ordering from this Wendy's again.

Staff said it would be 10 minutes for my order due to needing to make chicken. I didn't mind at all and was happy to wait. However, while the chicken sandwiches were pipping hot, the fries and burger were barely warm. It seems like they packaged the rest of my order up while waiting for the chicken to be done, instead of making sure everything was fresh and hot when the order was given to me.
