Wendy's

My husband and I went to get something quick to eat. He ordered himself 2 sandwiches and me a 4 for $4 (sandwich, nuggets, fries and drink). The lady didn't give us a total, or repeat the order, didn't even greet us actually. My husband gave a 20 and she gave change (no receipt) and he checked the bag- only 2 sandwiches. So he said we ordered 3 sandwiches... She said I didn't hear you and closed the window without anything. We were so confused. A man came to the window and basically yelled at us saying she didn't charge us for the other sandwich and wanted to look at the sandwiches we got.... Which is weird. He almost wanted to trade a sandwich out for the one that was missing and we said no, we are missing 1 sandwich. He yelled at us that we need to pay for the extra sandwich. I'm fine with paying for it, but the staff was just extremely rude and aggressive about a mistake that they made. Won't be heading there again.

They messed up my whole order and I meal literally everything was wrong and I was missing chilli. I called them and they said the owner would refund me the meal but I have yet to see a dime back from that. I'd love to change my review if they would make it right.

This is one of the better Wendy's I've been to. They prepare the food well and get orders right. My last order looked picturesque. They could be a little faster on the drive through but it's not too bad. Nice place overall. Food : 5/5 | Service : 4/5 … More
