McDonald's

I went through the drive thru last night. It was pretty busy but they only had one person working the window. They were in the process of closing down one of the lines, but things got really backed up, it was really slow, and they even skipped me when taking turns taking orders between the 2 lines. When I finally got to the window, I was told my order was $19+ and I had to tell her that it was supposed to be be $9+. She rechecked and said "Oh yeah, $9+." After I paid, I was handed my bag of food (just a burger and fries), and I sat there expecting my drink. She finally looked back and wondered what I was waiting for and I said I was supposed to have a medium Coke. She looked down at the counter at several drinks that were prepared already, just grabbed one and handed it to me. She did apologize for the confusion saying that she was the only one working the drive thru (including paying/order delivery). Man, can't even get my breakfast order right. The biscuits I got (not what i ordered) were hard rocks. And waited in line 18 minutes to get the WRONG order. Strike 3 McDonalds! I'm out! Too many other places with better service times and my order is right!! Kid-friendliness: Kids menu

Ordered on Door Dash…per usual the fries were 1/2 full and everything was cold. I called to talk to the manager who hung up on me when I stated the issue with the order. Never ordering or going in there again if this is how McDonald’s is going to treat their customers
