Went through the drive thru to get one single large frosty. No other cars in line, took them damn near 20 mins to take my order. Finally took my order and then they half way filled the LARGE cup with frosty. This place is unbelievable. Unprofessional and rude as all get out. Will definitely be calling Wendy’s corporate and letting them know how this location operates. Definitely needs new management.
Ridiculous service. 5+ people just standing around and not taking orders from drive through speaker or window. Several cars waiting. Tried to go in and the dining room door was locked. Finally, after going back around, got service, got no explanation or apology for the wait. Instead I was met with eye rolls and nasty attitudes. Manager included. I won’t be returning.
What can you expect from fast food chains these days? The service was mediocre, but I'm just grateful that they weren't rude. The good was okay. It wasn't hot, but what's new..fast food is rarely anything other than mediocre.
