Zorba's Greek Bistro

I love Zorba's, a family-owned bistro, so very much, for many reasons! First, the food is exceptional, down to the last detail - last night, we went with a group and got shareable plates of Saganaki, olives, gyro, potatoes, feta, lamb hummus, garlic hummus, olive oil, and homemade pita. The pita comes to the table hot and puffed up, and I could have sipped a cup of that olive oil. We had cocktails, my favorites are the Zorbatini and Dinos margarita. Then we ordered a bottle of red wine - they were out of the bottle we ordered, but one of the owners came over with two bottles of alternative similar wines and described them - we picked the Greek red blend, and it was outstanding! I shared the redfish with orzo, lemon, and capers...the fish was cooked perfectly and the seasoning was melt-in-your mouth. Our server was attentive, helpful, and did a great job. Delicious menu, friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Think of a Greek family, the love of good food, made with good ingredients, plus wine. You must check out Zorba's.
