I came in and asked for 3 Junior double bacon cheeseburgers plain and I got two bacon cheeseburgers with everything on it. I had to drive all the way back to get the correct order. -Double check your order before you leave this place. I will never come back here again

The female at the window had a stank face and an attitude. Our food was opened because apparently they didn't put the correct food in bags and I had to ask for my receipt since the decided not to give it to me. They forgot to put an order of medium fries and when I asked for them an older lady was handed a bag (she was polite and had a smile on her face) and when I checked in the bag the fries were half empty.

This place is horrible. I don’t know what’s worse the fact that they constantly mess up your food or the customer service.The two Hispanic ladies who work here are extremely rude. They talk negatively about customers in Spanish, the fries are always cold and the food is always wrong and I do mean always. If you ask them to correct order they argue with you that it’s not messed up and then when you prove to them that it’s wrong they snatch the food and throw it together any kind of way just to get rid of you. I’m over it and won’t patronize them anymore. At first I wrote it off as a few bad days but they always have an attitude, are always rude to customers and the food is always wrong no matter how simple the order is. They also have unethical business practices and never give out receipts and get angry when you ask for one. I’ve caught them on multiple occasions upsizing the order and adding extras to the order even when you don’t ask them to.
