I'very been a customer Wendy's since they opened up in Anthem. I'm 77 and don't do much Soda. Today,like in years past, I ordered a kids drink. I was told company policy changed,along with a teenage mgr, and I can only get a child drink with a kids meal. I went to MD, and had no problem, but I like Wendy's burgers best. In AZ it'seems against the law to refuse water to anyone. We'Lloyd see if this Mgr knows THAT.
Ridiculous! Go through drive through and order our food. Tell them we want ranch and barbecue wasn't given any dipping sauce. Then we go around again through drive thru since lobby wasn't open. This time told they are out of barbecue but can give us ranch. If they told us the first time they were out we would have ordered something different. Not only this but the cashier had a horrible attitude and awfully rude. Also look how much fries they gave me and how sad they look.
