Lobster Benedict! I had heard that the lobster grilled cheese was amazing so I thought I would try the Lobster Benedict. My first bite literally exploded with delicious flavor...all the flavors at once yet still able to identify each one! I closed my eyes and felt like I was at a fine resort where you are offered all the little pleasures we rarely indulge in... This was the best version of lobster Benedict! Thank you!
