The girl in the drive thru the last 3 times I have been there has a terrible attitude and doesn't give you your receipt otherwise I would complain directly with her name. I am always more than kind but she is rude and it's disappointing to get that kind of attitude for absolutely no reason when I am smiling and telling her to have a great day and she responds with okay with a deadpan look like wow.
If I could give no stars I would. Group of staff members were confused on what I ordered. I understood cause it gets busy but spent over 40 minutes in drive thru line for them to give me a completely different order. Group of staff were standing around doing nothing and poor girl at register didn’t even know how to count change. Expected more from higher ups to actually train the staff the works for them
Service was terrible...waited 20 min for a chicken sandwich, cheeseburger and 2 fries. Once we did get the food it didn't taste very good...almost like eating cardboard. Had stomach issues the whole next day. Eat often at my local Wendy's and love it. Will not return to this one.
