Chipotle Mexican Grill

I haven't been to this location in a while, but my goodness. I can't believe how filthy it was, from the front counter where the food is set up, to the back counter prep area that is visible, to the rest of the areas for the customers. Glad I took my food to go. The employees had the worst attitudes like they didn't want to work, when none of the customers that were in the building at the same time as me were difficult or rude. I'll never go to this location again. Hopefully corporate can help soon since management doesn't seem to care to fix the issues.

As you can tell by all the one star reviews this place is a joke! The food is inedible and disgusting and all the workers could care less and have no customer service skills. I saw the worker making my cheese quesadilla and she burned it, showed it to the manager Stephanie and the manager didn't care and told her it was fine. I get all the way home and sure enough it is burned and disgusting. They don't care because when you ask for a refund they claim they can't process refunds at the restaurant and you have to call a number. Never eating at Chipotle again.

Worst customer service I have had at a Chipotle. When I asked the lady to fold the Tortilla in half for a cheese quesadilla, there was a gentleman (had a earring in the left ear with a sun pendant necklace) checking on the food to ensure it was all at the right temperature, he turned around and yelled "NO" and walked away. The employees making the food were RUDE as well. They were busy, but that doesn't make it okay for them to be rude to their customers. Floor in the restaurant was really filthy with food scattered all around, probably had not been cleaned for more than 24hrs. If you're looking for a restaurant that has good customer service, skip this place for sure.
