Watertable

My recent visit to this restaurant left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. The level of disorganization and disregard for customer satisfaction was appalling. After making a reservation and being informed of a 10–15 minute wait, we received a text stating our table was ready. Excitedly, we promptly made our way there, only to be greeted with the news that we would have to wait another 5-10 minutes. This blatant display of mismanagement and lack of communication was nothing short of infuriating. It's astonishing that a seemingly simple task of seating a reserved party could be handled so poorly. The false notification not only wasted our time but also showcased the complete disregard for our patronage. To add insult to injury, once seated, the overall service was lackluster. It felt rushed and inattentive, as if they were trying to compensate for their earlier blunder. The entire experience left a sour taste in my mouth, overshadowing any potential merits the food might have had. I

I wanted the food to taste as good as the atmosphere and location was. We stayed at the resort and took our kids to dinner here during vacation. The staff was incredible, drinks really good, great ambiance. However the food just left some to be desired. The plating looks delicious but the actual flavors fell flatter than the dynamic look. Maybe more salt or acid or something to bring out some more depth. It also wasn’t just one dish, it was across the board.
