Tanner's Restaurant

Had breakfast there yesterday morning (Saturday), it wasn’t that busy. Our server left to go on break before we received our food. We both ordered the Surf City Breakfast and went with the sausage over bacon. When we did get our food the potatoes were totally burned and our eggs were over cooked as well. The sausage was so hard to chew we both gave up on it. The best part was the jam and toast. It took forever to get our credit card back and bc of that were in a hurry to catch a flight. I hope dinner is better at this place.

The food was pretty good. I got the sliders and Brussels sprouts. The brussels sprouts are very good!! Maybe the best, sweetest brussels sprouts i have had. It was Sept 16, Saturday night. Our server was hard to find. We came in with 11 people at 7:30pm without a reservation. At first the waitress came often, trying to get our order within 10 minutes of being seated. After we ordered the food we didn’t see the waitress for 30-45 minutes so we ordered with another employee. The atmosphere is great. Especially if you can snag one of the couches surrounding a fire pit.

Great sunset dining experience. This is the perfect location on the beach. There is indoor and outdoor eating options and the servers really take care of the customers. We saw several people getting portable heaters moved to their tables as the sun went down. We found it a fantastic experience for couples, families, and groups. Great food!!
