Watermark Restaurant

We met friends for Brunch and was quite pleasantly surprised! We were greeted at the door and made to feel welcome. Our Waitress was absolutely wonderful! Friendly, polite, and knowledgeable of not only the specials, but the entire menu as well. Our food all arrived together hot, fresh, and delicious! Plating was wonderful and a feast for the eyes. Looking forward to going back to try more of the menu! Thank you for a great start to our day!

Horrible. If I could rate 0 stars I would. We were hoping for a nice dinner and excellent food. Apparently, the main chef was out sick. The sous chef obviously did not know how to heat FROZEN pasta. It was served to me frozen. FROZEN. Steak was perfect medium rare but absolutely flavorless. No salt, no pepper, not anything. Talked to management and absolutely no compensation. Manager asked if food was warm and better and responded with at least it’s warm. Would never suggest to anyone, will never return, and if I heard of someone planning to go I would suggest fast food. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Last night for my birthday I enjoyed Backwater Voodoo's terrific gumbo. Hearing that the Watermark is also owned by the same owners , I met my wife and son there. I enjoyed a blood orange drink while waiting for our order. The filet with sauce is wonderful! The mashed potatoes and carrots were delectable. Totally terrific experience!! Will be back!
